lin charge of administrative affairs of the college in all respects

lformulating the college’s development plans, annual plans and regulations

lrecruiting and management of faculty

lrenewing the college’s education models, promote reforms in pedagogy, and improve the overall quality of education

lstrengthening the collaboration with the university of arizona, promote international communication and cooperation

lenhancing the integration of production, education and research, advance cooperation with relevant industries revolving around national or local strategies of importance or major needs of economic or social development, and serve the socioeconomic construction at the national and local level

工作職責(zé)：

l主持學(xué)院行政全面工作

l主持編制學(xué)院發(fā)展規(guī)劃、年度計劃和各項行政性規(guī)章制度，并組織實施

l加強(qiáng)學(xué)院師資隊伍建設(shè)，引進(jìn)培養(yǎng)打造高水平師資團(tuán)隊

l創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式，推進(jìn)學(xué)院教學(xué)改革，提升學(xué)院教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量和整體辦學(xué)水平

l加強(qiáng)與亞利桑那大學(xué)合作，擴(kuò)大國際交流，提升學(xué)院國際化建設(shè)水平

l加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合，瞄準(zhǔn)國家和地方重大戰(zhàn)略、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展重大需求，推動與相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的合作，為國家和地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會建設(shè)服務(wù)。

requirements:

la proven track record of strong organizing and leadership capabilities, be good at management, coordination,communication and implementation, and have the big picture in mind, the spirit to advance reform and innovation. a successful track record of leadership and management in higher education institutions. those with managerial experience at sino-foreign joint educational institutions, projects or faculties will be given priority.

ldomestic applicants must have a doctoral degree and a professor-level technical title, whereas their foreign counterparts must hold an associate professor position or over at a well known university. experience with relevant programs is preferable.

lhave strategic visions and innovative thinking for development of the college, hence the ability to lead the college on to a sustainable path of development.

lin principle, applicants must not be older than 50, but this restriction may be lifted for those who are exceptionally excellent.

l國內(nèi)應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具有博士學(xué)位及高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)，國外應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)具有知名大學(xué)副教授及以上職位。學(xué)院開設(shè)相關(guān)專業(yè)或具有相關(guān)學(xué)科專業(yè)背景和研究經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。

l對學(xué)院建設(shè)具有戰(zhàn)略性構(gòu)想和創(chuàng)新性思維，具備帶領(lǐng)學(xué)院持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力。

l年齡原則上不超過50周歲，特別優(yōu)秀者年齡可考慮放寬。
