你的任務(wù)：
· 數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目落地：主導(dǎo)供應(yīng)鏈計(jì)劃領(lǐng)域數(shù)字化、智能化項(xiàng)目，結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)際梳理痛點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)解決方案并推進(jìn)落地，拒絕“紙上談兵”，全程參與從0到1的突破。
· 業(yè)務(wù)賦能升級(jí)：對接供應(yīng)鏈計(jì)劃相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)伙伴，深挖需求，用數(shù)字化、智能化工具/方法，幫業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)流程數(shù)字化、管理精細(xì)化，實(shí)打?qū)嵦嵘逝c質(zhì)量。
· 技術(shù)探索實(shí)踐：熟悉ERP PP、SAP APO/IBP等傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)，結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)、AI等新技術(shù)，探索需求預(yù)測、庫存優(yōu)化等智能化應(yīng)用場景，解鎖技術(shù)與業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)合的新玩法。
· 協(xié)同對接：與本地跨部門協(xié)同及Global團(tuán)隊(duì)日常對接，溝通順暢不內(nèi)耗，同步工作目標(biāo)、高效推進(jìn)各項(xiàng)事宜。

As a digital specialist of GDS China, you will focus on the digitalization and intelligence transformation of supply chain planning, empower the entire supply chain planning process with digital tools and AI technology, optimize planning accuracy, improve business efficiency, and personally build the digital capability system of supply chain planning—every effort you make can directly drive the enterprise's intelligent upgrading, full of a sense of accomplishment!


Core Job Responsibilities

Digital Project Implementation:

Lead digital and intelligent projects in the field of supply chain planning, sort out business pain points based on actual operations, design solutions and promote their implementation. Reject "empty talk" and participate in the breakthrough from 0 to 1 throughout the process.

Business Empowerment; Upgrading:

Connect with business partners related to supply chain planning, dig deep into needs, and use digital/intelligent tools/methods to help the business achieve process digitalization and refined management, so as to effectively improve efficiency and quality.

Technology Exploration; Practice:

Be familiar with traditional supply chain digital systems such as ERP PP, SAP APO/IBP, and combine new technologies such as data and AI to explore intelligent application scenarios such as demand forecasting and inventory optimization, unlocking new ways of integrating technology and business.

Collaboration; Communication:

Collaborate with local cross-departments and conduct daily communication with the Global team. Ensure smooth communication without internal friction, synchronize work goals, and promote all matters efficiently.

Self-iteration; Growth:

Continuously pay attention to new trends and technologies in supply chain digitalization and intelligence, take the initiative to learn and apply them to work. Not only improve personal capabilities, but also promote the upgrading of the team's digital level—reject standing still!

· 有較強(qiáng)數(shù)字化背景，熟悉ERP PP、SAP APO/IBP等供應(yīng)鏈傳統(tǒng)數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)，知道核心功能和應(yīng)用場景即可。
· 對數(shù)據(jù)、AI等新技術(shù)有了解，能運(yùn)用數(shù)字化、智能化工具（數(shù)據(jù)分析、流程自動(dòng)化等）解決實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)問題，愿意嘗試新工具、新方法。

· 本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)、信息管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理、工業(yè)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
· 有供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)字化、智能化相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
· 英語聽說讀寫流利，能熟練用英語和Global團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通（書面 口頭），日常對接無壓力。
