Objectives of the Position
To lead endtoend site logistics, warehouse management and transportation operations, ensure safe, compliant, costefficient, and reliable material flow across onsite and offsite warehouses and customer locations, while drive service performance, efficiency, digitalization, and continuous improvement to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
1. Site Logistics Operations and Warehouse Management
Lead and develop the site logistics team while overseeing end to end material handling to ensure safe, accurate, timely, and reliable storage, movement, and dispatch that align with business and customer needs.
Resolve operational risks and maintain seamless material flow by reinforcing performance discipline and cultivating a strong culture of safety, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Optimize warehouse design, layout, and inventory governance across onsite and remote locations, driving a highperformance environment supported by lean practices, safety behaviors, and ongoing process improvement.
2. Transportation
