Objectives of the Position
This role is to effectively plan, schedule, and coordinate production plans with considering factors such as available resources, production capacity, and requested delivery time. The objective is to utilize production capacity, minimize idle time, and maximize productivity while meeting customer requirements on cost, on time and on volume.


Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
-Deploy production plan and issue production order timely in operating system according to assessed 7-day production plan of Master planner, including product quantity, delivery time and customer information, etc. existing production status and dwell time.
根據(jù)主生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃員提供的經(jīng)相關(guān)部門評(píng)審后的7天鎖定期生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃 (產(chǎn)品需求量和交貨時(shí)間及相關(guān)的客戶要求等）、現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)狀態(tài)、生產(chǎn)周期等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)排產(chǎn)并及時(shí)在操作系統(tǒng)中開(kāi)具生產(chǎn)定單。
-Rush order management: coordinate to rearrange production schedules and priorities as result of equipment failure, quality problems and demand changes.
因設(shè)備故障，質(zhì)量事故或需求變化引發(fā)的緊急生產(chǎn)需求，聯(lián)絡(luò)相關(guān)部門人員，安排緊急定單的生產(chǎn)排程。
-Material and resource availability check when issuing process order, ensure all materials and resource available before production tasks assigned to production team.
開(kāi)具生產(chǎn)工單時(shí)核對(duì)物料及瓶頸設(shè)備資源，在生產(chǎn)批次順利開(kāi)啟，資源足夠且可用。
-Monitor and track the implementation of production schedule. Report the abnormity which influences production and adjust the schedule accordingly.
監(jiān)督跟蹤生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的實(shí)施；發(fā)生影響生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃實(shí)施的異常情況，及時(shí)報(bào)告，并調(diào)整生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃；
-Consolidate and analyze the production data, such as capacity, dwell time, batch size, utilization of equipment. Update production capacity with manpower, operation cycle when necessary to fulfill customer requirement.
分析相關(guān)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)（如：產(chǎn)能、生產(chǎn)周期，批量，設(shè)備利用率等），更新生產(chǎn)能力、人員需求以及運(yùn)行方式，確保生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)到客戶的需求；
-Responsible for global scheduling KPI of on-time in full to reach 80%.
確保計(jì)劃指標(biāo)：準(zhǔn)時(shí)交付率達(dá)到80%；
-Responsible for process order closure, and track production fulfilled with required qty, scheduled completion time and promised quality.
負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)工單結(jié)單，跟蹤產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)保量及按時(shí)交付。
-Follow realization rate of high runner frozen production schedule.
負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤固定生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃完成率。
-Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成由主管指派的其他任務(wù)。
