Company Overview
We are a leading Chinese e-commerce company currently expanding our offline presence in the US, dedicated to bringing high-quality products to the local market. We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Sales Representative to help us build and grow our brand.
Position Summary
This is a part-time role primarily responsible for regular visits to and maintenance of designated retail clients in the state of Texas. You will also be tasked with actively developing new business. You will act as the company's frontline representative, gathering market feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with assigned clients as directed by the business lead.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, gathering feedback and understanding market trends.
Present product catalogs and new product information to clients, ensuring they are familiar with the company's latest product lines.
Confirm customer order needs and assist with follow-up procedures.
After the showroom is complete, invite and guide clients to visit the location to view product samples.
