What you will do: Responsible for implementing the brand HR strategy to ensure employee engagement and the quality of the employee life cycle? Contribute to a people-first work environment by driving HR initiatives and events aligned with annual HR goals. Implement the HR strategy to enhance employer engagement and improve the employee life cycle within your area. Drive and monitor HR-related KPIs to support business growth and ensure workforce efficiency. Collaborate with the Area Team to ensure smooth workflows and support short- and long-term business goals.
