Objectives of the Position
61 Implement product development, provide technical solutions/supports
61 Work on the plan, which is created with project management team/managertogether.Inaddition,canalsobreakdownthesuperior’sideaandscheduleintotheworkbyutilizingPDCAcycle.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
EHS, Company KPI related,
61 Fulfill and operate according to company policies, including EHS, External and internal audit, RC, other company/department level policies/procedures.
61 Implement company projects, including Technology, Digitalization etc.
61 Lead/participate/coordinate cross-department technical/process communication; Drive Lean optimization.
61 Technical training internally and externally as requested.
61 Manage team KPI and team members’ performance if any, develop the individuals.
61 Other assignment by supervisor.
