Responsibilities：
1. Active member of the Sourcing Management Team
2. Responsible for regular reporting of key regional financial data and other KPI’s to the SMT
3. Responsible for launching global sourcing strategy, objectives and processes in the region
4. Ensures understanding and compliance of global sourcing objectives and policies to key regional stakeholders
5. Responsible to support global category team initiatives and policies
6. Responsible for management of regional sourcing operations direct material spend and processes across all business units (SL units)
7. Responsible for supervising Sourcing Unit Managers and ensuring / developing high performance regional sourcing organization
a. Ensure Sourcing Unit Management alignment with objectives of manufacturing/operations management
b. Responsible to identify and capitalize on direct and indirect material synergy opportunities across FL and SL units
8. Drive regional emerging market localization initiatives in alignment with category
