Handle unexpected issues during transportation and provide emergency solutions. 5. 對(duì)接中國(guó)總部、船東、貨主等多方需求，確保溝通順暢，服務(wù)精準(zhǔn)； Liaise with company, shipowners, and cargo owners to ensure smooth communication and tailored services. 6. 帶領(lǐng)業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo)，培訓(xùn)新員工，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)業(yè)務(wù)能力和專業(yè)知識(shí) Lead the business team to achieve performance goals, train new employees, enhance team business capabilities and professional knowledge. 7.了解貨代業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作流程，促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)信息化建設(shè)，發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程問題提出改進(jìn)建議，提升業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理與優(yōu)化效率 Understand the operation process of freight forwarding business system, promote the informatization construction of business system, identify business process problems and propose improvement suggestions to enhance business operation management and optimization efficiency. 8.雇傭主體為泰國(guó)公司。 任職要求： 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，航運(yùn)、物流管理、國(guó)際貿(mào)易等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先； Bachelor’s degree or above in Shipping, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields preferred. 2. 5年以上貨代業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉貨代項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程者優(yōu)先； Minimum 5years of experience in freight forwarding; familiar with the business process of freight forwarding project system is preferred 3. 熟悉貨代操作流程、清關(guān)與船代服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，了解泰國(guó)行業(yè)法規(guī)優(yōu)先； Familiar with port operations, customs clearance, and shipping agency practices; understanding of Thai regulations is a plus. 4. 中英文溝通能力強(qiáng)，具備良好的跨文化溝通技巧，會(huì)泰語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先； Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English; Thai language proficiency is a plus. 5. 具備團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，能在海外獨(dú)立開展工作； Proven leadership and team management skills; ability to work independently in overseas country.
