Responsibilities: 1、Ensuring that all facilities are operated and maintained in a cost-effective, safe and first-class condition. 2、Developing the budget and managing the financial performance of the project. 3、Ensuring that contract requirements have been executed at a level above the stated standards. 4、Planning, directing, and monitoring the performance of operations and maintenance personnel. 5、Communicating the operating philosophy, objectives, and expectations to the site personnel in a continuing effort to build the site team. 6、Build a strong working relationship with MBGC FM team to resolve problems and/or conflicts and maintain open communications with MBGC including regular written and oral reports. 7、Developing and reviewing work processes to ensure that work is performed in a safe and effective manner. 8、Recommending solutions and implementing appropriate corrective action to major or complex maintenance issues. 9、Assimilating management information and writing reports detailing activities. 10、Developing preventive maintenance programs to achieve the lowest life-cycle cost associated with providing a satisfactory environment for MBGC; establishing specific maintenance actions and their frequency of performance. 11、Complying with all company policies and procedures and adhering to company standards. Requirements: 1、Bachelor's degree (above) in electrical, mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent professional experience is required. 2、At least 8 years’ working experience in facility management function and in which at least 5 years in world-known management professional FM service companies; 3、Proven at least 5 years of manager role and have more than 5 direct report staff. 4、Strong project management ability
