Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's strategy and business development needs, responsible for overseas market research and strategic analysis, formulating sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Responsible for developing and maintaining overseas channels and customers, establishing a channel network.
3. Assisting the marketing department with overseas brand promotion and overseeing the progress and tracking of regional projects.
4. Managing customer relationships, business follow-up and addressing issues in project operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
2. Strong business negotiation skills in English or Russian, with strong logic, communication, teamwork, and stress management abilities.
3. Quick learning ability and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
4. Strong sense of goal orientation and ambition.
5. Familiarity with the overseas biopharmaceutical industry and having channel resources is preferred.
