Objectives oft he Position
- Steer and responsible for all technical tasks in assigned customer plants and product strategy and achieve customer satisfaction
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
- Lead for all the new line launching
- As window person to customer, responsible for line technical issues and coordinate customer’s complaint to ensure each problem solved timely and successfully
- Manage customer’s technical requirements and developments, i.e. receive, bundle, forward, initiate and monitor actions and acquire and continuously enhance his / her market knowledge and information on competitors
- Harmonize and prioritize technical standards and requirements cross lines and teams
- Ensure technical reporting delivery to the customer
- Ensure all activities and processes meet internal and external EHS standards
- Provide support to Global technical projects
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor or above in chemical-related majors
- Working Experience: at least 7 years related working experience in Coatings industry
