RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:

Manage Procurement’s successfully running WAVE. Polish and update training
material continuously, deliver training, support creating initiatives at WAVE,
monitor projects phases and input, and act as backup owner for all A type
Direct Material category in WAVE. Act as JCH Procurement Champion to coach and
monitor JCH IOs updating projects status timely and properly. Bridge with JCI
TO Procurement reporting and JCI TO finance to ensure proper alignment and
prompt action if necessary. Monitor JCH spend data at GEP. Inform system owner
monthly finding to make correction periodically. Initiate performance report
per category manager, per plant to track team’s performance. Work with
Procurement finance to bridge WAVE result with HD report. Coordinate monthly
Procurement team’s regular catch-up with team and monitor action logs. Support
project based initiative in data preparation, analysis, including but not
limited to COO, Local for Local, RISE2026,
