Job Title： Expert I
IT數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目的方案設(shè)計(jì)和項(xiàng)目交付
Responsibilities:
1. Lead IT projects and be responsible for projects’ delivery (making
projects’ plans and timelines, controlling projects’ costs, monitoring
projects’ progress, etc.)
2. Analyze business processes of customers and transform customers’
requirements into technical languages (understanding customers’ business
process/pain points, optimizing and reconstructing customers’ business
processes, preparing process analysis documents, etc.)
3. Be responsible for procurement application (OneSRM) support (coordinating
with the back-office, managing change requirements, supporting carve-out
programs, etc.)
4. Support GBS China’s external digitalization to manage the eco-system of
partners and suppliers (coordinating communications, maintaining relationships,
discovering new business potentials, etc.)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business
Analytics, etc.), IT (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.), or
English
2. 3-4 years of working experience in P2P (purchase to pay) related areas
(procurement, logistics, finance, etc.)
3. Knowledge / Experience in finance and supply chain management
4. Knowledge / Experience in project management; certificates of PMP (Project
Management Professional) and ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) are strong
pluses
5. Strong English communication skill is mandatory
6. Ability to work both in a team and independently
