Title: Packing Agent /包裝專員

Job Responsibilities

Can work with team to achieve both team and individual KPI requirement 與部門快速達成團隊和個人績效目
Repacking 重新包裝
- Communicated with PM, PS, GS, QMM for repacking solution alignment 與PM、PS、GS、QMM溝通，尋求重新包裝解決方案
- Quotation for packaging materials 對包裝材料報價
EAN allocation and maintenance
- EAN related information collection and maintain in website 收集EAN相關(guān)信息并維護在網(wǎng)站上
- ECR-P tracking maintenance and upload into related spaces ECR-P追蹤維護并上傳到相關(guān)空間
Data related based on needs 相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)需求
- Maintain the relationship between FAS and LevelID 維護FAS和LevelID之間的關(guān)系
- Maintain application in SAP 在SAP中維護應用
- Prepare data (download from several systems) monthly 準備月度數(shù)據(jù)（從多個系統(tǒng)下載）
Keep all information regarding project products is up to date隨著項目的產(chǎn)品信息更新知識信息
Complies with internal regulations and project specific procedures遵循內(nèi)部規(guī)則和項目特定地流程處理業(yè)務

Job Requirements

At least 1 year related industry working experience; Fresh graduate is acceptable.
1年工作經(jīng)驗; 優(yōu)秀的應屆生亦可投遞
Bachelor degree
本科以上學歷，專業(yè)不限。
Strong ability of logic and data analysis；
具備較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，熟練使用MS excel
Excellent communication skill/Good service awareness/Result-oriented出色的溝通技能; 良好的服務意識; 以結(jié)果為導向
Fluent spoken and written English.
