1. Purpose of the Job
Responsible for BU finance management and providing support for BU business requirements.
2. Accountabilities
(1). Process control:identifying the risk on the business operation, driving to optimize the business process, and enhancing the internal control efficiency.
(2). Finance business partner: BU finance performance analysis, and deep dive into the business operation to provide a comprehensive financial support.
(3). Providing wholesaler analysis from credit, discount and bring out ratio, and related cash flow evaluation to support business.
(4). Maintaining a good communication and cooperation relationship with headquarter, region and other department, working as a cross-function coordinator.
(5). Maintaining smooth communication with government, tax authorities, and financial institutions on regular basis.
(6). Ad hoc projects.
3. Qualifications and Technical competencies required
Education
Have a Bachelor’s degree or above on financial replated majors, ACCA/CPA/CMA is a plus
Experience
1. Have 5 years’ experience on financial management and analysis in multinational companies.
2. Have a good communication skill and project management capability.
3. Highly trustworthy, have a good fast learning ability and strong ability to work under pressure.
4. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
