Define new product validation Process with APQP and APQP concept

Digitalize the supplier quality management

4.
Optimize ISO procedure, document and record in order to meet ISO requirements
as well as higher efficiency

5.
Optimize Supplier Training Program

6.
Provide quality related training to SQE

7.
Identify other potential opportunities

Requirements:

1.
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electronic, or semiconductor fields;

2.
Proficient in ISO quality system;

3.
Master quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP and other QC tools;

4.
More than 10 years of quality management experience, and more than 5 years of
supplier quality management experience;

5.
Familiar with quality system audits and process audits

6.
Good English skills both in oral and writing.

7.
Good communication skills and excellent Leadership.
