Responsibilities 主要職責：
1. Applies high level understanding of engineering knowledges related to automotive engineering and validation programs into technical and commercial discussions;
運用汽車工程和程序驗證相關(guān)知識完成技術(shù)和商務(wù)的溝通；
2. Effective and efficient communication with attribute managers and cooperation with sales team to consolidate technical and commercial proposals;
與部門經(jīng)理高效并有效的溝通以及和銷售團隊的合作以整合技術(shù)和提案；
3. Manages and executes the program based on pre-defined technical work scope, organizes and facilitates team meetings at the necessary frequency;
根據(jù)預(yù)定義的技術(shù)工作范圍管理并執(zhí)行項目，以有必要的頻率組織并促進團隊會議；
4. Deals with conflict swiftly, constructively and decisively, inside and outside of IDIADA, regardless of levels in the organization;
以快速、建設(shè)性和果斷的方式處理公司內(nèi)外部產(chǎn)生的沖突和問題；
5. Understands and applies financial concepts; risk assessment and management; manage customer relationship.
理解并運用財務(wù)概念；風險評估和管理；管理客戶關(guān)系。

Requirements 任職要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering is preferred;
本科及以上學歷，理工科機械或車輛專業(yè)者優(yōu)先；
2. 2 year or above working experience in related automotive industry, knowledge on project management, fresh graduates are acceptable;
兩年及以上汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，了解項目管理。同時也可接受優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生；
3. Excellent organizational skills in terms of timing management, priority and problem solving, proficient communication skills;
在時間管理、優(yōu)先級和問題解決方面具有出色的組織能力以及熟練的溝通技巧；
4. Good English skill both in written and spoken.
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
