The purpose of this role would be to oversee China tax issues and assist APAC tax leader on data collection of APAC Transfer Pricing work.

Major responsibilities

? Oversee that all local statutory fillings for China entities are properly performed in a timely manner;
? Take lead in export VAT refund application;
? Co-work with OTC and finance team for review of monthly VAT tax reconciliations;
? Coordinate with finance team and tax agent for year-end statutory audit and annual Corporate Income Tax filing;
? Assist in tax inspection and audit as necessary.
? Assist in data collection of APAC Transfer Pricing work;
? Other ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications
? at least 5 to 6 years’ dedicated tax experience. Experience in export VAT refund is preferred.
? Good tax knowledge and experience in transfer pricing or APAC countries is a plus.
? Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
? Result driven and able to work under pressure.
