Job responsibilities:
Prepare tax returns such as VAT, local levy, corporate income tax (CIT), stamp duty, withholding tax.
- Work with other functions, such as accounting team and OTC team, for input/output VAT
verification/reconciliation and track differences on a monthly basis.
- Issue VAT electronic invoices (including export invoices), collect delivery notes to match with
VAT invoices for three China entities and prepare monthly VAT reconciliation.
- Assist in export VAT refund declaration for China entities, with assistance from 3rd party
vendors.
- Prepare statistics reports and other internal and statutory reporting package.
- Assist in other ad hoc tax projects as required.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with major in finance or accounting preferred.
- 2-3 years’ tax experience with good accounting knowledge.
- Proficient in tax e-filing software. Good at excel, SAP experience is a plus
- Good English writing/speaking and communication skill. Proactive and willing to learn.
