Job Duties職位內(nèi)容· Assigned project/supplier PO progress analysis. (Via Digital Factory/ASAP/Progress report…)負(fù)責(zé)的項(xiàng)目/供應(yīng)商的PO進(jìn)度分析，(通過 Digital Factory / ASAP / Progress report…)· Early warning of potential delivery risks to supplier and followed the progress, inform related functions at the same time對于潛在的交貨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)向供應(yīng)商提出預(yù)警并跟進(jìn)，并知會(huì)相關(guān)職能人員· For the POs which already deviation with original planning, push supplier submits catch up plan and followed the progress, inform related functions at the same time對于已經(jīng)背離原始計(jì)劃的PO，推進(jìn)供應(yīng)商提交追趕計(jì)劃并跟進(jìn)，并知會(huì)相關(guān)職能人員· point of escalation for all kinds of delivery risks必要時(shí)對各類交付風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出升級· On site follow (for worse situation), support supplier to build detectable plan and witness the execution現(xiàn)場跟進(jìn)(嚴(yán)重情況下)，支持供應(yīng)商建立可以檢測的計(jì)劃，并跟進(jìn)相應(yīng)的執(zhí)行· Coordinate between supplier and ATC during the PO running to decrease the delivery risk協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商與公司在PO運(yùn)行過程中碰到的問題，降低交付風(fēng)險(xiǎn)· Meetings with suppliers and ATC related functions for the issues during the PO running與供應(yīng)商及相關(guān)職能人員會(huì)議溝通PO運(yùn)行過程中遇到的問題 · Reporting報(bào)告Qualification職位要求· Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical is preferred. Energy and power engine will be preferred本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械類專業(yè)，熱能與動(dòng)力工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮· Have two or more years in expediting or similar project management experience2年以上催交或類似項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)· Basic understanding about mechanical or material engineering i.e. welding, painting and machining基本了解機(jī)械或材料：如焊接，噴涂，機(jī)加等· Mechanical drawing看懂機(jī)械圖紙· English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力· SAP 熟悉操作SAP系統(tǒng)· Strong problem solving capability.比較強(qiáng)的問題解決能力· Possess proactive rather than a reactive style of conducting business積極主動(dòng)而不是被動(dòng)應(yīng)付· Can accept frequent business travelling能接受較頻繁的國內(nèi)出差 職能類別：采購主管 能熟練使用馬蜂盯標(biāo)進(jìn)行招標(biāo)采購類信息查詢
